Upload an image of the inspected environment and the AI suggests the questionnaire answers, speeding up the inspection without losing technical control.
Essential steps
- Open the inspection and go to Questionnaire Assessment. Locate the “Assess with Sabentis AI” button.
- Upload the image of the item to be verified: work area, equipment, installation, signage or PPE.
- Press continue. The AI analyzes the image using computer vision and proposes an answer for each question, conditioned on the questionnaire options (Meets / Does not meet / Not applicable).
- Review each suggested answer and confirm, edit, or reject it as you see fit. Suggestions are not considered valid until you confirm them.
- During validation, the responses are integrated into the questionnaire and generate the corresponding findings, non-conformities, and corrective measures.
- Manage the resulting action plan and, when all measures are closed, end the inspection from the Summary tab.
